Job summary

Crowe, one of the largest public accounting, consulting and technology firms in the United States, is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to optimize and maintain Workday modules across Core HCM, Absence, and Skills Cloud.

You will configure business processes, run reports, coordinate releases, and partner with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration required
• Strong documentation, organizational and communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes
• Maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules and related processes
• Build and test reports, including calculated fields and data integrity checks
• Support Workday releases and feature enablement with Talent, IT and Finance
• Maintain security groups and Docs/mass distribution settings
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and project status updates
• Document requirements, designs and testing plans
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions and external vendors to optimize Workday integrations
