T-Mobile seeks a results-driven professional to support business sales by providing technical expertise on wireless solutions. You will analyze coverage, present ROI, and guide customers through in-building enhancements while aligning with sales teams.

Remote position aligned to Las Vegas metro area; travel within territory may be required. The role emphasizes wireless networks, devices, and value-added solutions to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with proven solution sales
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management
