Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record in solution sales and stakeholder management (Required).
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Support small business sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (1-9 employees).
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation, including ROI and feature benefits.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Travel 25-50% of the time.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.
