Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related experience.
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with a track record in solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams by driving solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and ROI presentation.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies and value-added solutions.
