Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications in wireless and cellular tech.
• Coordinate foreign/prosecution with international counsel on global portfolios.
• Prepare responses to Office Actions and manage deadlines in an active docket.
• Collaborate with inventors and technical staff to understand new technologies for patent protection.
• Support patent strategy and portfolio development with partners and practitioners.
• Conduct prior art searches and analyze disclosures for prosecution strategy.
• Translate complex disclosures into effective patent prosecution strategy.
