DXC Technology is seeking a 24/7 Windows Technical Support Engineer to ensure high customer satisfaction by supporting state-of-the-art solutions and minimizing downtime in production environments. The role involves incident resolution, problem analysis, and implementing standardized changes while operating in a remote setup from Bulgaria.

You will work with Microsoft Windows Server technologies, Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, and networking basics, delivering services to customers across diverse

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of practical experience in Microsoft Windows Server technologies (installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting).
• Experience in administrating Windows-based File & Print solutions.
• Basic experience troubleshooting Active Directory.
• Experience in server virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware vSphere.
• Basic Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP).
• Ability to make hardware and software recommendations during troubleshooting.
