Job summary
Vivantify Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Remote Desktop Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to business clients via phone, email, chat, and remote channels.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 remote desktop support via phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Document incidents, track requests, and close tickets using the Incident Management System.
- Coordinate with higher-level support teams for complex issues.
- Assist with user account management and basic PC software support.
- Participate in ongoing training and help document SOPs.
