Qualifications

• Prioritize safety and follow established safety protocols.
• Minimum wind technician experience or related mechanical/electrical background.
• Ability to travel 100% and work across varied sites in the region.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform major component exchanges including gearboxes and generators.
• Execute maintenance and repairs, including design modifications and retrofits.
• Travel extensively to support turbine operations across multiple sites and platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality work.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain a secure working environment.
• Work on a range of turbine platforms and site conditions with continuous learning.
