Job summary

WAKSE is expanding its professional wholesale channel and seeks a Wholesale Salon & Spa Sales Specialist to grow our brand with salons, spas, aestheticians, and beauty professionals across the United States. This new-business-focused role centers on outbound prospecting, relationship development, and building a pipeline from initial contact to wholesale orders.

The position targets the professional salon and spa channel with no retail or international sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale sales, or professional beauty/salon sales.
• Proven success cold calling and turning prospects into paying customers.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify owners, buyers, and other decision-makers at salons and spas.
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of prospects.
• Present and pitch the WAKSE brand and professional benefits.
• Own the sales process from cold call to samples, orders, and onboarding.
• Negotiate terms and secure initial orders; drive reorder revenue.
• Track activity and revenue; meet outbound activity and revenue targets.
