Job summary

Wella Company is seeking an Account Manager for Full-Service Sales in the BSG channel. The role focuses on delivering Net Consumption sales, Net Gain, and distributor growth through salons and BSG partners, with strong emphasis on education, digital offerings, and joint business planning with Education Partners.

The candidate will influence distributor leadership, SBCs, and maximize sales through data-driven insights while traveling up to 75% of the time within Virginia, Maryland, DC area.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering B2B sales results (min 3 years).
• Interest in Beauty industry.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve bi-annual and annual targets for consumption and new customer growth.
• Plan & execute distributor meetings and trainings with the SBC team.
• Develop relationships with Cosmoprof stores to support the Wella Portfolio.
• Regularly update Sales Manager and Education partner on performance and interventions.
• Prospect market to identify and close new business (30% growth).
