Job summary

Flyhomes, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to support our mortgage wholesale team. You will be the primary contact for transaction-level support and partner with internal operations to deliver world-class service to our network of loan officer partners.

This remote role offers earning potential through an uncapped commission structure, with first-year earnings typically between $100,000 and $150,000, plus a draw during ramp.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high producing mortgage sales experience as an account executive, sales manager, or loan originator.
• Familiarity with bridge or non-QM loan programs, with the demonstrated ability to learn and sell new products.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Generate wholesale loan opportunities by promoting bridge and BBYS products.
• Onboard new loan officers, brokers, or lenders not yet in Flyhomes network.
• Maintain and grow relationships with loan officers in assigned network.
• Support back-office team on wholesale loan fulfillment.
• Travel regularly to meet loan officers, managers, and referral partners.
• Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within your network.
• Provide loan officers with solutions, loan submission support.
• Give feedback to management for product enhancements
