Job summary

ARDRI, a leading Non-QM and business-purpose mortgage lender, is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive. This full-time role can be based anywhere in the United States as we offer remote positions to high-producing Account Executives.

You will produce and manage wholesale loans, develop broker relationships, and guide loans from submission to funding while delivering outstanding service and building long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers.

• Current Non-QM Wholesale Production
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage wholesale mortgage loans
• Work together with Operations Staff to facilitate loans from Submission to Funding
• Actively manage your loan pipeline
• Responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships and ensuring overall client satisfaction
• Provide excellent on-going customer service and support to established and potential brokers
• Assist prospective broker partners with completing broker applications
