Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage LLC is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive growth in the non-QM space. This role focuses on building and maintaining mortgage broker relationships, presenting pricing, and delivering Deephaven's product suite to wholesale partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing and sales procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and account development skills.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Answer loan pricing and scenario questions.
• Work closely with operations to resolve any issues.
• Work with partners to assist in account development.
• Manage client expectations and develop trust.
• Manage tracking and reporting of monthly volume and loan quality.
• Remain up to date with regulatory industry standards and requirements.
