Job summary

World Fuel is seeking a Senior Wholesale Fuel Sales Executive to own a Western US territory, remote in CA/NV/AZ, and drive growth through strategic account development and new business wins.

This role requires a proven wholesale fuels background, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to structure pricing and contracts while collaborating with supply and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wholesale fuel sales or related energy sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Knowledge of fuel pricing, supply points, terminals, and wholesale market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new wholesale fuel customers in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with distributors, jobbers, retailers, resellers, and industrial customers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Own and manage a portfolio of wholesale fuel accounts and drive growth.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements; coordinate with supply/ops teams.
