Job summary

World Fuel is seeking a Senior Wholesale Fuel Sales Executive to own the Western United States territory (California, Nevada & Arizona). This field-based role focuses on delivering transport fuel and FOB rack supply solutions, with uncapped commission opportunities.

You will prospect, close, and grow a portfolio of wholesale fuel accounts while negotiating pricing and contracts. Extensive travel across the territory is required, leveraging strong relationships with distributors, jobbers,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wholesale fuel sales or related energy sales.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts.
• Strong pricing, contracts, and commercial negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of fuel pricing, terminals, freight economics, and wholesale dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new wholesale fuel customers throughout the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with fuel distributors, jobbers, retailers, resellers, and commercial/industrial buyers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Own and manage a portfolio of wholesale fuel accounts.
• Analyze customer supply needs and provide competitive fuel solutions.
• Structure and negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and commercial agreements.
• Partner with supply and operations teams to ensure reliable execution and satisfaction.
