Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead the Food & Beverage sales organization across the Western United States, delivering profitable growth and developing a high-performing field team.

The role drives territory management, customer engagement, forecasting, and sales execution. It reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage, and offers remote work options within the Western U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience involving technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience with responsibility for field sales team performance and development.
• Experience managing multi-state sales territories with direct accountability for orders, revenue, and sales targets.
• Experience developing and executing territory plans, strategic account plans, and sales growth initiatives.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
• Experience managing technical sales processes and negotiations with manufacturing, engineering, operations, or procurement stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed field sales team with clear performance expectations.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability objectives through territory management and customer retention.
• Drive new customer acquisition, market-share expansion, and recurring consumables growth.
• Maintain a strong field presence through joint customer visits and strategic account engagement.
• Lead funnel management, forecasting, and sales activity reviews to ensure pipeline quality.
• Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies, including complex commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Systems Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain to deliver solutions.
