Located remotely in the United States, the position requires 2–4 years in recruiting/HR and familiarity with ATS/CRM workflows. Experience with Workday is preferred, with flexibility for in‑region travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting/HR experience.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high confidentiality.
• Experience with Workday preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborates with operational leadership to review staffing needs and strategy.
• Regularly communicates with Talent Acquisition Managers on goals and process updates.
• Supports staffing remotely or in person, posts positions, screens resumes, tracks progress.
• Manages the offer process with policy compliance and smooth onboarding handoff.
• Independently sources and expands candidate networks via Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals.
