TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager to oversee multiple client sites within the region, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring associates. The role emphasizes front-line recruitment support and data-driven decision making.

You will manage a team of Field Recruiters, build regional partnerships, and present recruitment data to leadership. This is a remote opportunity requiring travel to sites in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience in recruiting, operations management, or client relations.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS; strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in forecasting and regional staffing strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit full recruiting lifecycle and processes.
• Develop regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts.
• Align recruiting with regional goals through leadership collaboration.
• Lead Field Recruiters in strategy and execution plans.
• Monitor dashboards and reports to meet performance standards.
• Train and develop field-based recruiting staff in the region.
• Maintain regional talent market expertise and competitive insights.
• Communicate regional recruiting data to client sites and leadership.
• Travel to sites within the assigned region as needed.
