Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager to deliver full cycle recruiting for assigned markets, align with leadership on staffing strategy, and manage offers and onboarding with the HR team. This independent contributor role supports remote and on-site staffing needs with travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities include proactive talent sourcing, resume review, phone screens, and maintaining candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools. Workday experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Proficient in ATS and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle priority/sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google email, Docs, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting services and support to assigned markets.
• Coordinate hiring and selection processes with leadership and TA managers.
• Source and screen applicants for various roles and center level positions.
• Manage offers and coordinate onboarding with HR.
• Develop and leverage sources (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals) for active and passive candidates.
