Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager capable of delivering full-cycle recruiting services across assigned markets. This role demands coordination of strategy, sourcing, screening, and the hiring process for various roles, with an emphasis on compliance and candidate experience.

Located in Seattle or Denver, the position allows remote support as needed and requires travel up to 50%. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle priority and sensitive issues with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reviews staffing strategy with operational leadership and provides recommendations.
• Coordinates with Talent Acquisition Managers on goals, processes, and updates.
• Supports staffing in person and remotely, posts positions, reviews resumes, and tracks progress.
• Manages the offer process and ensures smooth onboarding handoff to HR.
