ELANTAS North America is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead the sales process in the West region, working remotely from a home office. You will nurture existing customers and pursue new prospects, leveraging your electrical industry knowledge to position ELANTAS products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/chemical engineering/chemistry preferred.
• 3 years of work experience in the Electrical/Electronics industry preferred.
• 3 years as an Account Manager with proven sales results.
• Proven ability to manage key customers including global footprints.
• Solid understanding of the Electrical/Electronics industry in North America.
• Computer literate, MS Office and SAP proficiency.
• Proven sales growth and hunting for new opportunities.
• Experience in the selling process.
• Knowledge of resins, flexible insulation films and coatings; experience in engineered materials markets is a plus.
• Remote work from home office; extensive travel; valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Represents ELANTAS products and services with a comprehensive understanding to meet customer needs.
• Maintains current sales and promotes growth within the assigned territory based on customer requirements and future needs.
• Visits existing and potential customers as part of account management and business development.
• Develops annual forecast on anticipated market sales and coordinates with regional teams.
• Maintains records and prepares reports on all activities; manages contracts and pricing discussions.
• Supports customers and distributors, ensuring timely resolutions and safe working practices.
