Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Electrical Products line in the Northwest region. The role reports to the VP Sales and focuses on revenue growth across business units through strategic initiatives and an expansive agent network.

You will drive growth with distributors, end users, and specifiers, while training agents and staying hands-on with field activities and reporting. This is a remote/field-based leadership position with extensive travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required with 5-10 years related experience in electrical sales.
Must have 5-10 years of proven electrical industry or related experience.
Excellent communication, negotiating, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Windows applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Prior use of Salesforce preferred.
Experience working with electrical contractors and NEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue and market share growth for our Electrical Products across the Northwest region.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the business.
Collaborate with agents to deliver top-line revenue growth.
Educate and train sales agents and end users on products.
Enter, track, and report projects and territory plans in Salesforce.
Attend trade shows and conferences as needed.
Partner with sales leadership and operational teams.
Manage travel and related expenses 60% of the time.
