Job summary

Allient Inc. is seeking a West Regional Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth from Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on direct sales and channel partnerships, leveraging our core Rockwell Automation technologies to win new business and expand market share.

The successful candidate will manage complex negotiations, build lasting relationships with distributors and system integrators, and lead regional sales strategies while working from a home office in the Western region.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in industrial or technical markets.
• Familiarity with the Rockwell Automation ecosystem.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex, solution-based sales cycles.
• Experience conducting sales presentations and developing strategic account plans.
• Able to work independently in territory and account management.
• Demonstrates productive work habits in a home office/remote environment.
• Must be located in Western USA or Canada with travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual sales quota with revenue generation and close business through distributor network.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, end-users and partners.
• Provide a high level, consultative sales approach for customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Demonstrate product benefits and influence customers to specify products in design phase.
• Develop pipeline and pursue new business opportunities focusing on latest Rockwell ecosystem products.
• Identify and pursue new markets and applications for core technologies.
• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of products, markets, and competitive positioning.
• Quote customers accurately, collect forecasts, and maintain CRM pipeline.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events to generate interest.
• Collaborate across marketing, operations, product management, and sales teams.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, minimally supervised environment.
• Utilize Microsoft suite and Salesforce for daily tasks.
