Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Solutions (EESS) division seeks a dynamic Load Management Solutions Leader to champion our Smart Grid portfolio within the Utility Digital Solutions organization. This remote leadership role combines strategic vision with hands-on customer engagement across utilities to accelerate grid modernization and drive digital transformation.

You will partner with utility leaders and Eaton's cross-functional teams to identify challenges, deliver measurable value,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years in electrical industry roles (engineering, product marketing, or sales).
Residence in one of the listed Western states with travel readiness.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise to assist customers in utilizing the system to meet Demand Response goals.
Lead load management efforts for our largest utility customers in the region.
Serve as a channel between Voice of Customer and Product Development with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Services.
Advise on best practices for communication network rollout and maintenance (RF Mesh, gateways, relays, meters).
Analyze network health and implement optimization strategies for DR systems.
Support on-ground regional activity to restore or maintain system performance to SLA levels.
Escalate issues to Eaton for corrective actions to protect system health and customer relationships.
