Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Solutions (EESS) division is seeking a Load Management Solutions Leader to drive our Smart Grid portfolio within UDS. This remote role targets candidates in NM, ID, AZ, CO, NV, or UT and requires about 50% travel across the Western region to engage utilities.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement to deliver measurable value, improve reliability, and accelerate grid modernization within Public Power and IOU segments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of engineering, product marketing, operations or product sales in the electrical industry.
• Reside within the states listed on the job posting; no relocation offered.

Aufgaben

• Provide expertise to assist assigned customers in utilizing the system to meet Demand Response goals.
• Lead as a load management consultant for our largest utility customers in the region.
• Act as Voice of Customer to Product Development; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Services.
• Advise on best practices for RF Mesh, gateway, relays and meter installation and maintenance.
• Analyze network health and implement optimization strategies affecting DR systems.
• Support on-ground activities to maintain SLA levels for assigned regional customers.
• Escalate issues to Eaton for corrective actions to protect system health and relationships.
• Coordinate with project managers on regional deployment projects.
