Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Solutions (EESS) division seeks a dynamic Load Management Solutions Leader to champion our Smart Grid portfolio within the Utility Digital Solutions organization. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on customer engagement.

You will advise utilities, lead regional deployments, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in engineering, product marketing, operations, or product sales in electrical industry.
• Willing to reside in eligible states with regional travel as listed in the job posting.
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization support available.

Mansioni

• Advise customers to meet Demand Response goals and maximize system value.
• Lead load management consulting for major regional utilities.
• Serve as Voice of Customer to Product Development with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on network rollout, RF Mesh, gateways, relays, and meters.
• Analyze network health and optimize Demand Response systems.
• Support on-ground activities to restore SLA performance as needed.
• Track issues and escalate to Eaton for corrective actions.
• Coordinate regional deployment projects with program managers.
• Manage industry and 3rd party relationships impacting regional customers.
• Ensure support, engineering, and operations teams meet customer SLAs.
