Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Solutions (EESS) division seeks a dynamic Load Management Solutions Leader to champion our Smart Grid portfolio within the Utility Digital Solutions organization. This remote leadership role combines strategic vision with hands-on customer engagement to accelerate grid modernization and drive measurable value for utilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of engineering, product marketing, operations or product sales in the electrical industry.
• Candidacy excludes immigration sponsorship.
• Candidates must reside within listed states with regional travel; no relocation offered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise to assist assigned customers in making decisions to properly utilize the system to achieve their expected value and to meet their Demand Response goals.
• Support our largest utility customers in the region as a lead load management consultant.
• Serve as Voice of Customer into Product Development; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Services.
• Advise on best practices for communication network rollout and maintenance including RF Mesh infrastructure, gateway, relays, and meter.
• Analyze network health and implement optimization strategies that may impact demand response systems.
• Support on-ground activity regionally to restore or maintain system performance to SLA levels.
