This highly visible role blends strategic vision with hands-on customer engagement to accelerate grid modernization and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of engineering, product marketing, operations or product sales in the electrical industry
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
• All candidates must reside within the listed states for regional travel; no relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to assist customers in utilizing the system to meet Demand Response goals.
• Lead load management consulting for the region's largest utility customers.
• Serve as Voice of Customer into Product Development; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Services.
• Advise on communication network rollout and maintenance including RF Mesh infrastructure, gateways, relays, and meters.
• Analyze network health and implement optimization strategies for demand response systems.
• Support on-the-ground activities to restore or maintain system performance to SLA levels.
• Track issues and escalate to Eaton for corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers for regional deployment projects.
• Own industry and third-party relationships impacting regional customers (PacifiCorp DR, Cache Valley Electric, Franklin Energy).
• Ensure Support, Engineering and Operations teams meet customer SLAs.
