Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Solutions (EESS) division seeks a Load Management Solutions Leader to champion our Smart Grid portfolio within the UDS organization. This high-visibility role blends strategic vision with hands-on customer engagement to accelerate grid modernization and deliver measurable value to utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of engineering, product marketing, operations or product sales in the electrical industry.
• Resides in one of the allowed states with travel within the Western region as needed.
• No relocation offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to assist customers in utilizing the system to achieve Demand Response goals.
• Lead load management consultancy for major utility customers in the region.
• Serve as Voice of Customer for Product Development, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Services.
• Advise on best practices for communication network rollout and maintenance of RF Mesh Infrastructure, gateway, relays, and meter.
• Analyze network health and implement optimization strategies affecting demand response systems.
• Support on-the-ground activities to restore or maintain system performance to SLA levels.
• Escalate health and customer relationship issues to Eaton’s leadership; serve as top technical escalation within UDS before Engineering involvement.
• Coordinate deployment projects with program managers; own regional customer relationships with key utilities and contractors.
