Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Solutions (EESS) seeks a Load Management Solutions Leader to champion the Smart Grid portfolio within the Utility Digital Solutions organization. This remote leadership role combines strategic vision with direct customer engagement to accelerate grid modernization and improve reliability.

You will advise public power and IOU utilities, lead regional deployments, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Services to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in engineering, product marketing, operations or product sales in the electrical industry.
• Residency in NM, ID, AZ, CO, NV or UT with regional travel.
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to help customers maximize system value and meet Demand Response goals.
• Support major regional utility customers as lead load management consultant.
• Serve as Voice of Customer to Product Development; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Services.
• Advise on network rollout and maintenance of RF Mesh, gateway, relays, and meter.
• Analyze network health and optimize demand response systems.
• Escalate issues to Eaton to protect SLAs and customer relationships.
• Coordinate with program managers on regional deployment projects.
• Maintain industry and 3rd party relationships impacting key regional customers.
