Corporate Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) seeks a strategic Manager to shape state and regional policy efforts across the Western energy markets. You will drive market structures to accelerate clean energy deployment, advance clean firm resources, and amplify the voice of large energy customers.

Reporting to the Director of Western Policy, you will manage cross-functional programs, engage policymakers and external partners, and lead projects from inception to execution while coordinating with

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in energy, policy, corporate sustainability, or utilities.
• Minimum 1 year experience in clean energy policy.
• Strong ability to analyze complex issues, generate innovative solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to and help execute CEBA’s Western strategy to expand options for energy buyers to procure carbon emissions-free electricity in the West.
• Oversee the execution of assigned programmatic priorities with high-quality deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Develop thought leadership materials, including white papers, reports, and policy briefs.
