Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking a high-impact Customer Success Leader for a remote role operating on West Coast hours. You will lead and scale a West Coast CS team, manage strategic enterprise accounts, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and GTM to deliver a best-in-class customer journey.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, setting rigor in forecasting and risk reviews, and driving adoption and expansion with key enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of people management experience hiring, developing, and retaining CS talent.
• 7–10 years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, or related roles serving enterprise customers.
• Experience in an enterprise IT/tech environment with technical buyers.
• Operational discipline with forecasting, account-health cadences, and risk reviews.
• Builder mindset and willingness to solve problems hands-on.
• Low-ego collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead our West Coast Customer Success organization and direct strategic accounts.
• Build and develop the West Coast CS team with onboarding and career development.
• Establish operating cadence for forecasting, health checks, and risk reviews.
• Create repeatable CS motions across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and GTM to shape the end-to-end customer journey.
