Job summary

n8n is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead the West Coast team, driving adoption, retention, and expansion for our largest enterprise accounts. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Support to scale the CS function and shape our customer journey.

This remote role follows West Coast hours; you’ll hire and coach CSMs, establish forecasting cadences, and build scalable playbooks, while maintaining high accountability and a strong customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of people management experience in Customer Success or similar.
• 7–10 years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or related roles handling large enterprise accounts.
• Enterprise IT/customer-facing experience with technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Coast Customer Success team and enterprise accounts.
• Hire and coach CSMs; develop structured development plans and playbooks.
• Establish forecasting cadences, account health reviews, and risk reviews.
