Ladders seeks a Sales Manager-Merchant Regional (U.S. West Coast) to lead regional merchant sales remotely within the US. The role focuses on revenue growth, account development, and team performance with close collaboration to set targets and allocate resources across West Coast accounts.

You will coach teams, build trusted client relationships, and drive growth in a competitive payments environment. Location is remote for US-based candidates; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong management, organizational, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of payment products and services.
• General understanding of financial and payment solutions technology.
• Expert negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
• History of involvement in industry trade groups preferred.

Responsibilities
