Job summary

aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in a remote role based on the US west coast. The position requires prior sales and business development experience, preferably within nursing homes or long-term care facilities.

Base salary plus commission with a Monday–Friday shift is offered. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, cold calling leads, developing client relationships, attending trade shows as needed, and

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development in the long-term care industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills, ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients.
• Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Attend trade show conferences as needed.
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts.
• Continuously improve service and performance through feedback.
