Job summary

aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This remote role, based in the NY area, emphasizes growing our client base in long-term care facilities through proactive outreach and strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities include researching potential clients, making cold calls, coordinating with the team, delivering presentations, and driving the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to contract. Base salary plus commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development in the long-term care industry.
• Strong communication and time management skills; proactive and able to flourish with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients
• Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Attend trade show conferences as needed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Drive the end-to-end sales process
• Prepare and submit sales contracts
• Continuously improve service and performance through feedback
