Job summary

Wellworks For You is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first contact for wellness program participants. You will handle calls, chats, and emails with empathy and accuracy, ensuring issues are resolved on the first contact whenever possible.

This fully remote role offers variety across channels and opportunities to impact program navigation, incentives, and benefits, while upholding HIPAA standards and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of contact center experience with HIPAA knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist participants with account access, incentives, forms, and program requirements.
• Support participants via live chat and email while meeting service targets.
• Record interactions accurately and escalate when needed.
