Job summary

Wellthy is hiring a Care Adviser to support Care Coordinators by performing care-related tasks with precision. This remote role allows you to contribute behind the scenes, researching and completing tasks that directly improve members’ caregiving experiences.

You’ll work with Care Managers to ensure timely progress, communicate updates, and grow into specialized teams based on interest and performance, while advancing Wellthy’s care platform and knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Open to learning, experimentation, and evolution in caregiving support workflows.
• Comfort with emerging technology and AI tools to assist families.
• Remote-work experience required and proven reliability in virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute care-related tasks to support Care Coordinators.
• Maintain workload aligned with employment status and quality standards.
• Research and synthesize information to support members’ caregiving needs.
• Collaborate with Care team to ensure timely task progress and updates.
• Assist with non-client work such as creating guides or contributing to product materials.
