Job summary

Interwell Health is seeking a diligent Member Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and providers. You will handle incoming calls, answer general inquiries, resolve concerns, and connect callers to subject matter experts for more detailed actions, aiming for first-call resolutions.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or administrative support, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience; healthcare or inbound contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced setting.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a high-volume environment supporting SLA objectives.
• Field clinical referrals, consent forms, or general inquiries routed to our Member Support Inbox and/or SharePoint.
• Provide high quality service and support to callers, ensuring needs are met efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
• Display professionalism, compassion, empathy, and active listening to understand caller needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Collaborate across departments with internal clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure seamless care and service delivery.
• Work well with fellow team members and actively contribute to team goals.
• Assist with various projects as needed.
