This remote weekend day shift covers Sat, Sun, and Mon from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with responsibilities including triage, patient education, and coordination of care. An ADN is required, BSN preferred, and an RN license is essential.

The role emphasizes population health outreach, documentation in the EHR, and collaboration with physicians and staff to support safe, efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years ambulatory/clinic/medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Current state RN license; NCLEX-RN passed.
• AMB-BC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients in person and by phone.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Support population health outreach and education.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Maintain safe, clean, stocked clinical environment.
