Sentara Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for a Physician Practice in a remote weekend day shift. The role delivers nursing care in an ambulatory clinic, performing triage, exams support, and care coordination.

Responsibilities include documenting in the EHR, assisting physicians, and coordinating referrals. Requirements include ADN (BSN preferred), 1–2 years ambulatory experience, current RN license, and NCLEX-RN.

Competenze

• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• 2 years of ambulatory/clinic or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state RN license required with NCLEX-RN
• Ambulatory Care Nursing (AMB-BC) certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess patients and perform triage in person and by phone.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care.
