Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in website strategy, digital experience, conversion optimization, digital marketing, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated UX experience improving complex websites, including journey mapping and information architecture.
• Experience using web analytics and search data to identify opportunities and define success measures.
• Hands-on experience with CMS and familiarity with experimentation and personalization tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, AEO, and content practices for discovery across traditional and AI-powered search.

Responsibilities

• Own the website experience strategy and a prioritized improvement roadmap across key pages, product experiences, and buyer journeys.
• Partner with content and product marketing to keep site content accurate, current, and aligned to business priorities.
• Map and optimize paths from discovery through conversion, including navigation and calls to action.
• Analyze web activity and conversion performance; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop a practical personalization strategy for priority audiences and journeys.
