The role emphasizes audience needs, product understanding, and cross-functional collaboration across Web, Design, Content, and Product Marketing. You’ll translate strategy into shipped work, deliver journey maps and briefs, and continuously improve experiences through research

Qualifications

Have 10+ years of experience leading web strategy, digital experience, UX, or product strategy.
Have shaped and improved complex websites, preferably for B2B technology companies.
Bring strong product judgment and connect technical capabilities to audience needs and adoption paths.

Responsibilities

Define audience journeys from discovery to deployment.
Shape navigation, information architecture, and connections across products and stories.
Guide content and storytelling with Content and Creative partners.
Connect self-service and human support to help users get started or engage with OpenAI.
Turn strategy into shipped work with journey maps and briefs, and stay involved through delivery.
