Gravity Global is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our Digital Experience team. This role focuses on research and discovery through to design hand-off for complex websites, with a strong emphasis on user needs, accessibility, and measurable performance.

You’ll collaborate across US, UK, and Vietnam, work with cross-functional partners, and avoid visual design work. Remote-friendly, full-time position offering global impact and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UX design experience, preferably for complex websites in B2B environments.
Experience leading client-facing UX strategy and delivery from discovery through handoff.
Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to turn business goals into structured UX requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing discovery and UX strategy engagements, including stakeholder interviews and journey analysis.
Translate business goals and user needs into clear UX recommendations and information architecture.
Own UX workstreams from discovery through design handoff with clear documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility, usability, and measurable performance.
