CertiK is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to expand our presence in the Web3 ecosystem. You will connect with founders and decision makers, identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and drive deals from initial conversations to closing.

We value initiative, curiosity, and a growth mindset as you work with our global team. The role offers remote work with an international scope and uncapped commission, backed by mentorship from senior BD colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Has experience in business development, sales, partnerships or consulting.
• Web3 native, or a fast learner who can show how you got up to speed on something new.
• Self-motivated, hard-working and responsive.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Europe, the UAE or North America.

Aufgaben

• Research and identify new Web3 projects across DeFi, infrastructure, L1/L2 ecosystems and exchanges.
• Reach decision makers such as founders, CTOs and heads of security.
• Drive deals from first contact to signed contract.
• Build partnerships and referral channels with projects, VCs, launchpads and ecosystems.
• Stay on top of market trends and translate insights into actionable feedback.
