The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem-solving, and ownership of projects from planning through delivery, with a focus on digital experiences and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Experience with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
• Proficiency in Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar project management tools for schedules, budgets, status reports, and workflow tracking.
• Experience writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• This role will focus on ongoing client relationships, managing a portfolio of web retainer accounts.
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep engagements on time and on budget.
• Define project scope and requirements with clients and internal teams to develop user flows and detailed tickets.
• Refine and enhance project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to meet client goals.
• Support business growth by evaluating new opportunities and assisting with proposals.
• Represent Interactive Strategies in industry events and stay ahead of trends.
