Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Experience with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
• Proficiency with Teamwork, Smartsheet or Excel for schedules, budgets and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Define project scope with clients and internal teams to develop user flows and requirements.
• Refine project management processes with leadership for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Development and Content teams to meet client goals.
• Support business growth by evaluating new opportunities and assisting with proposals.
• Represent Interactive Strategies at industry events and networking opportunities.
