Job summary

Interactive Strategies, a Washington, DC–based interactive agency, seeks a Web Project Manager to manage retainers, nurture client relationships, and drive project success. You will create plans, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to deliver digital solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in agency-facing digital projects, CMS experience with Drupal/WordPress, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Experience with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
• Proficiency with Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar PM tools.
• Experience writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of web retainer accounts and client relationships.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Define scope and requirements with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate to refine PM processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to meet goals.
• Support business growth by evaluating opportunities and proposals.
