ImagineArt is a fast-growing GenAI company redefining how the world creates and designs. We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for our web product, spanning Meta, TikTok, and Google, with real budget behind it from day one.

This web-first role focuses on CAC, payback window, and trial-to-paid conversion, not lead volume. You’ll ship creative at volume and iterate rapidly to scale performance while working remotely with flexible hours overlapping Pacific time.

Qualifications

• Experience managing $1M+ USD in paid media.
• Experience with consumer subscription economics: CAC, payback.
• Hands-on ownership of Meta, TikTok or Google at meaningful daily spend.
• Web checkout/paywall optimization experience.
• Ability to show numbers and explain strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition on the web across Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Manage budget with CAC and payback targets.
• Build and optimize web to web and web to app funnels including paywall testing.
• Run structured CRO on landing pages and onboarding.
• Build measurement setup from attribution through to incrementality testing.
• Ship creative at volume with designers and creators.
