Job summary

Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Web Operations Manager to lead the CMS day-to-day, build pages, and guide the web team's delivery cadence. You will turn business requests into actionable specs and maintain governance across templates and components.

You will run standups, sprint planning, and roadmap activities, coordinate QA, localization, and multi-region sites, while enabling technical SEO and CRO initiatives with input from leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web operations, digital production, web project management, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building and editing pages inside a modern CMS (headless CMS strongly preferred).
• Strong requirements-gathering skills to translate ambiguous business asks into clear specs.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and owning a team's roadmap and delivery health.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, to scope dev requests and discuss with engineers.
• Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals and CRO/testing concepts at execution level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and publish webpages and landing pages directly in the CMS using existing components and templates.
• Own the intake process for web requests and turn business asks into actionable specs.
• Determine whether to execute in scope or scope and hand off to the right teammate (dev/UX).
• Maintain governance over templates and design-system usage across the site.
• Handle redirect management, URL governance, and consolidation of a multi-brand footprint.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, uptime, and overall page performance.
